Takealot "guaranteed same day delivery"

I am extremely appalled and disappointed by the takealot "Guaranteed same day delivery" option that seems to be a myth.

It is the second time this happens. The reason i selected that option was because i wanted to receive my package today.

The call center cant assist because "they have no idea why"
