Takealot guarantee is a joke

After another 2 weeks my Geyser issue has still not been resolved. The most pathetic service I have ever come across. It is impossible to have a discussion with anyone a different person talks to you everyday on the same email thread. Really, my guarantee is void because I put new batteries in? What Takealot basically says is that the moment you put batteries into any item purchased from them, you immediately void the guarentee since they consider that tampering.
