Takealot group is awful. Don't buy from them

I ordered an Addidas jacket and an Addidas Tee shirt from Superbalist.com. This was meant to be gifted as a birthday present and after waiting for 3 days for Superbalist.com to deliver these items, they sent me a cheap dress and some kind of stick instead. As this was meant to be a birthday present for someone, I needed these items to be delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered, instead I will have to wait till Monday (because they don't work on weekends) for them to collect the ****py dress and stick thing and then another undetermined amount of days because they have a process. I have never experienced such terrible service, I'm so glad that Amazon will be here soon so that the Takealot group can learn how to do things efficiently.
