Takealot - great service!!

I am amazed at Takealots service….unheard of in this day and age. I ordered a product and after a day of use it stopped working. I registered a Return with them……I was extremely surprised to find that they collect the product from you…..what Business does that?? I was given a collection date, but I was out that day.:..a quick phone call to Takealot and a very helpful, friendly lady changed the collection date to one that suited me. It was collected on that day and within a couple of days I was given a Refund choice of either payment back into my Account or a credit on my Takealot Account. It seems that most businesses try to worm their way out of Replacing/Refunding when there is a problem with a product they sold…..this is not my experience with Takealot, they make things very simple and easy for refunds and take responsibility for faulty products! Everything was done without having to leave my home. Absolutely amazing!! Well done Takealot👏👏👏
