Takealot good for taking from you and giving you nothing.

Online shopping with Takealot has become a ****. I placed an order on the 26th of August and waited until yesterday for delivery. Without any explanation at all items which reflect as "in stock" were just excluded from my order. They didn't even mention that the items had been omitted. Then the order arrives and after waiting for that amount of time, they deliver sugar free protein bars to me!!! Not at all what I ordered. Tried to contact them to have the correct order sent to me.....but have you noticed how they conveniently dont have a contact number listed on their website????/ HMMMMM, I wonder why.......Anyway, I googgled and found a contact number. The lady says i must first wait for the incorrect item to get collect by them at their convenience. the their warehouse has to inspect the incorrect item at their convenicence. And then, if they still have my correct item in stock at that time, they will dispatch my correct order....at their convenience. Up until now, there is still no return arrangement, no replacement order, no refund. So they have my money and I have nothing. Please people, rather go to a store with people who dont hide behind phone calls and emails and get what you are actually paying for, PS.: After escalation, no supervisor or manager has called me back.
