Takealot - Going from Bad to Worse

I ordered and paid 7 Jan 2024. Projected delivery was 23 Jan 2024, which is longer than anticipated. Today, delivery date is changed to 5 Feb 2024. It's taking frustratingly long. My last order had 2 problems. One product was out of stock, but this was only indicated, after I ordered and paid. I was given credit, but for this same order I received a product which was damaged and sent back. This was also out of stock but was refunded. What's the point of ordering if you don't have stock. The long wait is annoying and I'm going to change to another online shop. Takealot's service is getting worse. I wanted to submit this on their website but was unable to do so.
