Takealot going down the drain

Takealot is going down the drain- the support consultants are unequipped to answer basic support questions. They do not read the requests and tickets and respond with insufficient responses.

I ordered an item, the incorrect item was delivered twice. after 10dayus the items has not even reached the warehouse and takealot "service consultants" are not any help with escalating this issue. Poor client support=clients leaving.
