Takealot goes the extra mile

I live in the wilds of the Free State far from any reasonable shops. Takealot has been my prime online shopping venue for some years now. I have had two Chinese burglar alarms in a row which were defective, the one was exchanged and for the second I received a refund, all with no arguments, hassle or cost to myself. I also ordered an expensive battery charger which went out of stock before my order could be shipped, I received an instant refund. In this review I have concentrated on how the company handled problems, 99% of my orders were delivered promptly and I was delighted with my purchases
