Takealot Gloxy Speedlight F828

I bought a Gloxy F828 speedlight which has (24 month warranty) in February 2020, and in November 2020 the speedlight just stopped flashing and started to vibrating,. i logged in for return on the 17th november 2020for it to be repaired or replaced. the Speedlight was returned on the 10th of December the same way it was as i returned it with no remarks or comments, so im not happy with the service im getting from takelot
