Takealot giving ****mers access to details

I purchased 4 computers in Sept 2024 - With a 24 month guarantee. First one was returned in January . The Return button is not functioning for this item . Contacted Customer Care with no response. Facebook message was next . Was contacted by a gentleman to schedule the return . This person was only interested in my bank account details . Insisting in payment before the items were even collected . Threatening to cancel the return if I dont supply my banking details . Can someone from Take Alot contact me to resolve this . - Order number
