Takealot Giving Customers the wrong parcels

I went to fetch my order #*** Takealot Douglasdale Pick up point. My order was given to the incorrect person. I am very disappointed on how I was treated. One can clearly see that the person that fetched my order was not me. Which means they are not checking the names or scanning the parcels. I am sure the person who collected the parcel was not aware of this. I needed this item urgently and now I must wait for an investigation. I will now have to go somewhere else to buy the item. I am not paying for other people tardiness Takealot!! Very disappointed.
