Takealot gives **** SERVICE and dont have ANY regard to their clients

<p>We ordered a Microsof office package from takealot last weekend. They advise that the package will arrive on Wednesday. Come Wednesday no one pitches only a sms saying it will now be delivered on Thursday. Come Thursday , same thing no delivery just a sms saying it will come on Friday before 4PM.<br />After the **** service the previous two days we decided lets not wait today untill 4PM And get a sms saying we will receive it on Monday. We called and the guy said he was here Wednesday and Thursday but did not have airtime to call and say he is outside??? For crying out loud! That is NOT MY PROBLEM IF YOUR STAFF DONT HAVE AIRTIME, what kind of ****show do you guys run here??</p> <p>And to TOP IT ALL OFF it is now 4:20 AND THERE IS STILL NO ONE HERE!!! Should we sit in the street and wait for this staff of yours to arrice because he doesnt have airtime?!?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever!! How am I supposed to work without my package?!?!?!</p>
