I placed an order and had problems processing the EFT on my online banking account. ( own fault at 74 years of age !) The delay in processing payment, led to the order being suspended and then cancelled. The support team was able to resolve my problem (telephonic and email) by assisting me in processing the order correctly and delivery was even a day earlier than first advised. First class service !
