Takealot ghosting on refund for items not received!

I ordered 6 items from Takealot and picked them up on 17 April 2026. I opened the parcels when I got home, only to discover that I had received only 5 items. I went back to Fontainebleau Pickup Point and spoke to Bruce, who was working there. The next week, I went back to follow up, but Bruce wasn't in on that day, so a lady assisted me and logged the return. I followed up a few days later and was assisted by Bruce again. Bruce then promised me that I would receive a phone call from his manager the next day, and that he would also give me a follow-up call. None of that happened. The communication then moved to e-mail. Nicole.S assured me that they're escalating it to the warehouse team on the 9th of May. It is now May 26, and I have no new update regarding this matter, despite many follow-up emails from me. Can someone from Takealot contact me regarding my refund or missing item?
