Takealot - Getting a Refund is a Nightmare!

I have been trying to get a return refunded for nearly 6 weeks now. I logged the return of 4 items, they were wrapped together with Gladwrap, and then put in the same box that I received them in (they were the wrong product - Acrylic paint vs Koki's). Only 2 were logged in and refunded. I am trying to get a refund for the other 2. Every time you email, a new "call is logged", and someone new answers, and you explain the story from scratch. I have had 3 agents call and tell me they are going to call me back with an update. NOT one had returned my call. I keep getting the same answer "I have escalated your call and credit or warehouse will get back, then I will update you." No updates, just the same questions asked. Please Takealot, just refund the money or send me back the 2 sets of Koki's. R520!!! Please can someone call that can sort this out and process the refund? ASAP! No more back and forth, I'm tired of this service.
