takealot get worse and worse. I'm not even surprised anymore

After querying a payment to Takealot and receiving confirmation from two agents I now receive email asking for proof of payment capitec don't issue POP for internet payment only EFT takealot don't accept EFT I explained all this 5 agents ago they send a new email every time so that they can ignore all the emails before and all the agents that have been on this query this is the 9th agent to be passed this query the level of bad service is amazing
