Takealot gave me a broken product and refuses to refund me

I ordered a ring light from Takealot, but as I was testing it I realised that the light settings weren’t as described in the product description and the remote/switch doesn’t work.

I logged a return and requested a refund to my Takealot account.

The driver came to collect ALL the items from my home. I took a picture of the contents in their original packaging with the return reference code and so did the driver.

A few days later I get an email claiming that I did not pack all the accessories so my refund won’t be processed. I email Takealot back to confirm that I packed ALL the items (tripod, ring light, etc). They have not responded to me at all. I sent a follow up email which was also ignored.
