Takealot furniture breaks and poor customer service= What happened to my trusted Takealot ????

I have bought a R9999.99 couch from Takealot. Within a month, the ottoman broke, the cushions started to sink in, the frame broke and one of their agents just said they will not refund me as I should have mentioned it in a week. I have been a client for so many years, I have spent so much money at takealot. It is insane that you treat your customers this way.
