Takealot Fumble

I purchased an item on Takealot's recent sale - due to a mix up at their packing department I received someone else's order instead. They were very friendly and helpful doing the return and refund - but when I went to purchase the same item, it was no longer on special and I was expected to pay R500 more for the same item! The fault was not mine to begin with - yet Takealot is unwilling or unable to help.
