Takealot frustrations

This company is functioning like most municipalities in South Africa, barely. I have ordered a down sleeping bag on December 3. By December 5 a synthetic bag was delivered. Three weeks and many phone calls later, they finally picked up the wrong bag with a promise to have it replaced. Now, another week later I received a synthetic kiddies sleeping bag! I pitty the call centre people who have to deal with frustrated customers who'se orders are being messed up by incompetence in the warehouse.
