Takealot Frustration's

Long time supporter since 2014, had some good experiences in the past. Since 2018 I’ve noticed a substantial drop in deliveries, inconsistent pricing, price fixing and quality of product delivery and consistency. Recently Takealot has been allowing just about anybody to sell on their platform, inferior products, no stock, and bogus discounts. On multiple occasions I’ve noticed the price of items changed once i completed my order and contributed to payment. Items that showed in stock changed after payment was received and results in weeks of delays. The list goes on but my point has been made, something needs to change and they need to reinstate the email customer service department. I’m hardly ever available to use the call service that was unable to help me anyway the past few times i had delivery issues.
