Takealot ***** from customers and **** us of our hard earned money

If there was an option to give no star that’s what I would do right now for takealot. I ordered 6 items on 7 May 2023 and until today I have not received my products nor have I been refunded my money after numerous attempts and requests for them to do so. Their team delivered the wrong products to me (someone else’s order) and when I alerted them (12 May) they made it my fault and until today they haven’t issued an apology nor attempted to successfully resolve the matter. I keep begging them for a refund and for them to cancel my order but they keep telling me that they are reviewing my issue and they’ll be in contact me and when they do contact me(on twitter via DM) they keep asking me the same questions that have answered and they refuse to refund me. I am highly disappointed and frustrated at this and all I want is my money. I shouldn’t be ****** of my money because they don’t do their job right. I know if this was Superbalist this would have been long resolved and I don’t understand because it’s under the same company and administration. Their staff don’t even have the decency to call me but would rather send me DM’s asking the same questions daily. I am so upset and done with them
