TAKEALOT ********** MISREPRESENTATION

I purchased a 4000W Power Inverter for the amount of R3 700 on 12 December 2022 and after one week it ceased working. I requested an exchange and not a refund on 3 occasions and I was completely ignored/ I sent the unit in for repari last week on 5 January 2023 and I was told that it would cost about R2 000 to repair, but more importantly, they tell me that the unit is at best only a 2000W unit. Takealot are **********LY MISREPRESENTING the capacity of this product!
