Takealot **********

This morning I received my SMS saying that delivery will take place today 16 May 2022 by 5pm. Then when it got to 5pm with no delivery received, I went to track my order and to my complete shock, it shows that my package was delivered and **********LY "signed" for by "me" at 10:22am... when I was AT WORK!!! When calling the takealot delivery number, it's automated response was to complete a form and someone will get back within 72 hours.... THREE DAYS for someone to look in to why I haven't received a package and why one of THEIR people signed that I did!!! I hope they know how big this can get. I want a resolve and I want the person who STOLE package, to be dealt with!
