Takealot ********* ******

I bought wireless earphones on the 16 June which is TWS L 12. Without a week is not charging. I email them for returning. After few days takealot drive arrived for pick up. When I give him a box it was closed with all items inside. Inside contente was 2 tws lL12 earphones and silecon earbuds also charge cable.

On the 08 July I received very rude email come from fisokuhle buthelezi from takealot where he told me I send one earphones am I sealed the box. I told him box was closed by that box should be some one open it. While I’m still waiting my exchange earphones. Ilana From takealot email me asking same question. I also told her same thing what I told her colleagues.

This morning around 8am I received the earphones when I open the box the earphones inside are not the ones I ordered and they are missing one earphone. I ordered and returned TWS-L12 earphones, they have a diamond shaped button and the one I received now is TWS-L13. It clear the was a mix up on your drivers end or at your warehouse. I need my money back. It not what I returned back or ordered it clear you made poor investigations. Look at the pictures below of what I ordered &returned vs what I came back now. Sort this mess immediately. I didn’t know this company is fly by night
