Takealot *****!! Refunding MY credit into ANOTHER bank account!!!!

My fiancé and I purchased a cabinet and were then notified thereafter that there was a stock issue. We were then refunded the credit amount and then used the credit to purchase a different cabinet at a lower cost. We still had a credit due to the deficit amount on our Takealot account which I now wanted to use, only to discover it has been refunded into a DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!! Who authorised this??? The “finance department” told me this is a “self service option” (blaming me - the customer!?) which is impossible because I would have known if I had done it!! And why would I select some random bank account to refund my credit in to?? *****!!!! I am currently dealing with a MILLION agents and NO ONE is able to assist me!!!!
