Takealot *****

I bought an item that was delivered on May 25. I then sent it back to the Takealot Parow Depot in the 2nd of June for a refund. They told me to request the refund which we did together. They then said i must go back with the item and will get emailed with a time and date to drop it off. This email never came. I then followed up on the 26th of June and a refund agent Ingrid Davids reprocessed the refund and told me to take the item to the Parow Depot before Monday. I took it on Sunday.

I followed on the refund progress only to get an email from Shakeena saying the return was rejected as it was logged after 30 days.
