Placed a order and did a online payment with payfast. The system glitched and the money was deducted from my account put did not show on system yet. After numerous calls they confirmed payfast has confirmed that money was received and a cash refund will be done. 1 month and still struggling to get my refund. Numerous calls **** and emails send with absolutely NO ASSISTANCE. Pathetic since i have been a client and ordering monthly.
