Takealot force customers to buy products and refuse to cancel orders

I ordered a product online on Sunday for COD (cash on delivery) but realized that it was the wrong thing I had ordered. Five minutes later, I submited a request to cancel the order and I get a reply from one of the custermer serivce representiative Nicharl.S to say that they can not cancel my order because it has gone to the wherehouse already. This is ABSOLUTE *******!!! Takealot's terms state clearly that a product can be canceled especially if it is by Cash on Delivery. Not only this, but lately if you recieve a bad product and you give an honest review, they refuse to write up the true rating. I am a good standing customer and I can tell you that I will NEVER be buying from this store ever again. Your customer service is pathetic and non existant and has gone down the drain!!!!
