Takealot Food Delivery Drivers a BIG problem!!!

Your Takeaway Delivery drivers keep on parking *******ly in the street in front of my house, MAKE THEM STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They stand here for hours waiting for food delivery orders to come in, standing around, starring into my yard. They make me feel uncomfortable in my own home!

I have phoned you guys a couple of times now, every time i'm put on hold, or put through to the next department who never answers, or i'm given a bunch of options to choose from and then your computer voice keeps telling me I have pressed an incorrect number, and then the process starts all over again.

The one time I managed to talk to someone, they said they would take care of it.... THEY DID NOT!!!

I have contacted the police about this, they said I have to report it to the traffic department (WHICH I WILL AS SOON AS THEY ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONES!!!)

The one reply I got from you when I emailed on Thursday last week gave me this reply:
