Takealot / FNB Card Delivery might as well use SA POST OFFICE, zero delivery.

Received an sms from FNB:-) Takealot Delivery Team is trying to contact you. Call ********** 500 to confirm delivery details of the FNB Business Cheque. Ref ********** 9512 FNB That was on the 27th November. I have been trying every day to call Takealot FNB card deliveries number and cant get through. Not FNB or Takealot have bothered to notify on status of delivery of business card.
