Takealot Fnb card delivery

On the 25th of January I requested an FNB card with Takealot. I was later sent a message that my card will be delivered on the 31 January 2022. To date, my card hasn't been delivered. I sent a message to Takealot on Facebook. I have also called Takeloat twice but still the card has not been delivered. I have also not received any communication whatsoever from Takealot with regards to the delivery of this card.
