Takealot FNB card delivery

Terrible decision from FNB to appoint these guys to deliver our bank cards. I’ve been on the phone for over 30 minutes listening to music, I need my card delivered. And why is it the only way to get hold of them is via the call centre?, absolutely ******* customer service!
