Takealot Flooded With Inferior Clothing Resellers

Do not buy clothing from Takealot resellers - the items shown are not what you receive... and when you send the items back un*****ed, they flag the items as damaged so that they don't have to refund the customer. I didn't even open one of the bags and they said that too was damaged by having tags and stickers removed. Takealot are in no way helpful at resolving this dispute... utterly disgusted that they allow resellers of this calibre on their platform that sell poor quality clothing not even correctly reflected in their images, and then blame the customer for 'damaging goods' so as to retain their profits. Your pleas and justifications for a refund will fall on deaf ears...
