Takealot FLASE Advertising

I have bought an 220v ALVA rotisserie from Takealot. When i opened the product, i received a battery operated rotisserie. On the add the rotisserie was advertised, comes with a 220v motor. I want to return this item as the advertising on this item is false. I wrote a review on takealot, but it got rejected. I cannot return the item to Takealot, they dont give this option. I wont pay R1399 for a sub standard product, and not even the correct item was supp****. Watch out for situations like this, as they take your money, and wont honor or fullfill the rerutn policy. Plain simple false advertising. Take note...not take alot.
