Takealot ***********

I purchased 2 x pre op dog collars 3xxl size , and paid the fee for next day delivery , the parcels arrived a day late with priority stickers on them , i opened the packages and found the items delivered was medium size . I arranged a refund via email with customer care only to find that i was credited the purchase price two days later excl the next day delivery fee and a monthly recurring subscription fee of R39 was deducted via debit order , how *********** is takealot , ive requested a refund and awaiting the outcome , Takealot of money and deliver poor service
