U know what ****es me off is unsatisfactory service.i order a product and incorrect item gets sent right then on that order I placed I received a R75 credit so automatically that R75 needs to be added again as the product I ordered was incorrect and also I sent the item back which also takes forever then after following up several times I was assured the refund was processed and the R75 credit I was suppose to get credited again hence the the item was returned is never to be seen then when I enquire about it then all response I get is the credit was used on the order like takealot who are u fooling and if a credit was added on a order that was returned tell me how can the credit of R75 be used...Waiting almost a week and a half for a refund...absolutely pathetic service once again.only when u complain on hellopeter then these people respond but email them directly then u get no response so annoying...I want a manager to call me or I spend my money elsewhere
