Takealot fault= customer problem

Ordered a home gym and paid the R200 delivery fee for large items. Decided to add a R60 yoga block. Waiting time was 15 days. A few days before delivery I got notified that the yoga block is out for delivery but the home gym was canceled as it was out of stock. They still charged me the R200 for a R60 block. I don’t want to pay R200 for a R60 item. I’ve tried reaching out, but haven’t had success.
