Order number ***6. Absolutely disappointed in the service and lack of communication from Takealot. I'm being charged for an item that was not delivered to me after numerous calls and emails still no resolution to this problem. How can an item be delivered to my address and handed over to some random person. No phone call no communication at all. According to their records there was a delivery logged at a specific time, fortunately for me I have cctv that disproves this. Some items returned from the same order apparently on my request and one item delivered. How does this happen? Item deliver to a random person by Fast and Furious Couriers I have spoken to Austin from call center. Lush from call center. Jason from call center. Mariska from call center. Zuleka from call center The returned items were resent and was meant for delivery today 05/01/21 before 17:00 now it is 21:20.
