Takealot false information

I ordered goods from take a lot of the 6th of this month

As per thier stipulation it takes a maximum of 7-10 days to recieve my goods from the supplier there after goods will be shipped

It is now 11 days later and no movement

The delivery date has been updated in writing stating delivery by the 20th this week Friday

Given the lack of movement I queried why have they not recieved my goods from the supplier siting 11 days has passed

To which take a lot stated my deliver may only arrive next week

I said that’s not acceptable given in writing on my order details the stipulated date has been updated to the 20th

I was told to ignore that date

This is unacceptable takealot seems to move the goal posts as they choose so to speak how can you update order details stipulating delivery date of the 20th and then tell the customer no sorry don’t go along with that information given by takealot themselves

Pathetic service in this day and age to wait beyond a week for stock is literally a joke

I want what I paid for by the date stipulated the 20th July this Friday
