Takealot - False adverti*****t

Takealot sent me twice in a row a lower Spec Phone than I bought and as it was advertised. I tried more than 12 time to get in touch with a senior manager at Takealot to resolve the issue put they refuse to put me through. Every time I received the incorrect phone, they just want me to send it back for a refund. I think they do this on purpose (To advertise a High spec phone and then send you a lower spec) because not many people will check the specs.
