Takealot :False advertising, Terrible returns policy

Order hair removal product for a event, was delivered on time 24th at pickup destination. Was not as advertised: 1x Depilatory 2 x refills 2 x sprays and 100x strips. Only contained 1x depilatory 1 x refill and 10x strips. Because it was for a event could not send it back as there was kot enough time to make another plan I sent them the photos and logged ticket and that night used the bit I did receive. They only rep**** that they can't do anything if I didn't a return and for that I'd need to return the product. How does that work me as client followed his procedure got product and paid for product and picked up product. Now also they expect me to either use my own fuel to go back to pickup point or has to wait somewhere for a driver to pick up product causing even more distress. Miss the days that a customer was treated like a customer. Just could have replaced missing items would have been happy but no they can't
