Takealot false advertising taking your money.

I searched for a tablet and saw one advertised for R309 it was advertised as a Galaxy tab e bookand thought what a bargain I did a live chat with Samsung to find out if you can load games on this devis and he said I could and bought it, to my surprise the system did not ask me for a delivery address so I called the office and the lady told me no mam this is just a link that you bought so you can dowload ebooks I informed her that this is not what the advert said and that I will not be able to use something like this on my device she infomed me that it is not refunable, shocket I called my bank to reverse the payment as I can not afford to pay for something I can't use nor will I oay for false advertising so they reversed the payment, this afternoon I got an sms to confirm that takealot debited my bank account without my approval. False advertising and a very expensive bad first experience for me will never shop with them again they are a bunch of sharks wonder how many people they stole from like this.
