Takealot - false advertising. Supplying substand products

I ordered a product on Takealot and when i went to collect it it was not same quality product what was advertised. They could not supply me with the product that was advertised and proceeded to tell me that it was a supplier problem. Surely takealot should verify the quality of products they sell, i am very dissappointed. They offered me my money back indicating that the refund will take 5 days. This is very strange because when i bought it the money was taken immediately. After all the effort to order the product and my petrol to drive to the warehouse to pick it up to no avail. I expected better treatment of customers. The public should beware of False advertising from Takealot
