Takealot -False Advertising - Missing Items

Purchased product from Takealot which said item includes TWO (2x) Lithium-Ion-Batteries, when I collected the product it only had 1 Lithium-Ion-Battery in the package. Contacted Takealot and they arranged the item to be collected from me and they will do a return-swap and send me a new item which will then include the TWO (2x) Lithium-Ion-Batteries which is what I purchased and what was advertised as per description of what is included. Takealot collected the product from me and on Saturday 1 February 2025 they delivered me my new swapped item which now should have the 2x batteries in, I open the box and again only 1x battery, AGAIN there are not TWO (2x) batteries in the package and looks like they just delivered my previous package back as is. So twice now Takealot delivered me the same item with only ONE battery in, instead of the TWO batteries it should have come with. Either Takealot is doing false advertising, or they don’t care to check all items are in the packaging before handing to customers, but it is clear their quality-control is non-existent and I will NOT recommend purchasing anything from Takealot as the service and products are clearly not what you expect as a customer. Now still sitting with missing items from my purchase with Takealot.
