Takealot - FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered a 45w fast charger for my Samsung S23+ from takealot, received my order today.

They are ******* and falsely advertise their products. The box has printing on it saying "25W charger" They put a sticker over that print on one side with the wording 45W charger, they forgot to put a sticker over the other side as well, perhaps to fool clients, they think not all customers will look at both sides, i dont know?!?!

Im highly peed off, i logged a complaint and get a generic response to which i rep****, they quick to phone me to say i must now create a ticket so they can collect and then investigate and then do a swop out or credit.

Why should i as their client be put in the situation that i must be without my item for how many days before its sorted, when i asked the lady on the phone how long will it take she tells me Ï DONT KNOW"...IF YOU WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SURELY YOU SHOULD KNOW THE BASICS.

So just to state also Samsung S23+ new does not come with a charging block when purchasing so hence why i needed one so urgently.

People please be aware of their false advertising, who knows how many other items are also falsely advertised.

Futhermore i bought a Samsung smart tv from them during their birthday sale, the TV lasted 6 days, i had to also follow the **** process they have in place, i was without a tv for 4 - 5 days.

If a item is under warranty/guarantee it should be swopped out, plain and simple!

They can take their business and shove it
