Takealot false advertising and withholding of refund

Takealot has delayed my refund for the sixth time after they sent me a product that was falsely advertised. I followed procedure, was patient and followed up daily. They have not even contacted me or formally apologised or given me any reason for this issue even after I've explicitly asked for a reason. To date, after a month of me following up, I haven't had any communication from them and they have not processed my refund for the falsely advertised product
