Takealot false advertising and service failure

I ordered a finish dishwasher bundle set consisting of four items. Upon arrival I only recieved two items, the dishwasher tablets. I returned the parcel and allowed takealot to send a replacement parcel, however upon arrival it still only consisted of the two packets of dishwasher tablets. This is false advertising and service failure on takealot's behalf. Now I am left with the inconvenience of having to return yet another parcel. I don't have anymore time to waste and will be requesting a refund. Online shopping is meant to be convenient Takealot! Plus twice not delivering what is advertised, after a long trail of email communication with three of your help desk agents. I am still awaiting a response from your agents regarding my email pertaining to the second incorrect parcel I sent through yesterday. I played my part perfectly in actioning everything in a timously fashion from my side takealot. It is disappointing when a retailer with your status gets it so wrong. #nolongermy1stchoiceonlineretailer
