Takealot False advertising and disgusting service

I purchased a Android tv box from takealot.They advertise that the device is preloaded with dstv now app and show max app.Upon pluging the device and running the setup just to find that it was a false advertising.I then downloaded the app from the playtore and it gives and error as this device do not support this programme.I am a first time customer with takealot and to expierence this issue is really digusting and terrible.now i must wait up to 5 days for my refund while the collect interest on the money i spent.But the principal in this how many customers the ****** with false advertising and gain interest from customers money and return a refund after 5 or maybe more days.totally disgusted.
