Takealot false advertising and broken promises.

I ordered a phone two nights ago, payment went through and I got confirmation via email from takealot stating what I paid and what I will be receiving, and then yesterday when I checked up on my order I find that the item was changed by takealot to a phone case and not the actual phone I ordered. This is utterly ridiculous apparently they enjoy making promises to people and then just change their minds when they feel like it. I am so upset because as a consumer I was promised an item ordered and payed for the item and now I get told oh no now that we have your money we just going to send you what ever we want.
